Weighed in at 144.1 today so lost almost 3lbs and the week is not even over! Will try to stand and walk for as long as possible to burn cals over the weekend and keep eating small low carb options so happy that my hard work is paying off! Would love to be 143 something tomorrow but as today is Saturday, no promises haha Wishing all the 140 ladies a great weekend!

4.9lbs in 2 weeks? That is excellent srmb60! Hope i can do that over the next 2 weeks! Steady on 144 at the end of the weekend which I'm happy about. Goal is to be a bit less each day but another 3lbs this week would be great. Have a great week all

How was yoga srmb60?

Just weighed in at 142.78 which brings my weight loss to date (been less than 2 weeks) to just under 5lbs. Can't complain! Just hoping to be a little less each day. I actually am still having treats like hamburgers, lollipops and soft drink, just trying to budget for them in the overall calories for the day so been easy so far. I figure i will need to do more to lose as i get in the 130s though

Hope everyone else in the 140s is going well!

I was a bit wobbly. Had trouble with anything we did on one foot. I might try it again next week.
Snacks are my problem. I should almost plan 4 meals a day and skip the snacks.

142.34 this morning!!!

srmb - snacks are good but need to keep below 50cal each.

I seriously wouldn't have time for 4 meals. I've been trying to eat dinner early as I hear that is best for WL.

I used to love yoga in college, maybe I should look for a class.

Can I join? I am way behind most of the posters at 148.4, but I am working hard to get to the 130's! I have been on a stall at this weight for a week, and can't seem to get past it. I also started a new work-out regimen a week ago, so I wonder if I am overdoing the cals to compensate for a tired/sore body. Hoping to be down a pound (at least) by Monday.

Has anyone struggled to lose the same 5-6 pounds for months on end? I was down to 138 at some point in the last 6 months, but I've gained 3-4 pounds since then. I end up losing it and then gaining it. Several times over. It's almost as if seeing myself in the 130's is changing my mentality. I can't quite figure it out, but I need to get my mind sorted out.

I lift weights as my main form of exercise, but I know it isn't muscle, as my pants are a little snug. Ack!

I want to try yoga. I've been inspired by some of the recent yoga posts that have gone viral.

so happy to finally be able to join this group, despite the fact things in my life aren't so great right now. My mother is in hospital with dementia, etc. Still, i need to do this to be healthy so i'm not getting side tracked.

i weighed in today at 149...I haven't been below the 150s in about a year. I have been feeling like i've been living in someone else's body. I tried everything to lose weight and i work out alot to no avail. Finally someone suggested a paleo type diet called Whole30 and it has helped me curb my appetite and my cravings. I wont say this is a miracle or the answer for everyone but it helped me. I have been on it for 18 days and last night was the first time I cheated because I had such a hard time at the hospital all day with my Mom. I would love to get to 140 , anything below that, even if its 139 would be a dream.

Hey everyone
I hope it's okay to poke my head in here. I saw 148 on the scales today! I hope that means I'm heading solidly down into the 140s so excited to be working through this decade with you all

Hi there! Mind if I join?

I haven't been on 3FC for a while as I first lost my internet connection for a couple of weeks and after that I've been just busy. I've been stuck in the 140s, my weight going up and down between 143 and 146 for about 3 weeks now and it's driving me bonkers! Need to really up my game now and kiss the 140s good bye.
