On days when my weight goes up like that, I eat my OP diet (2 eggs and beans) and then I weigh myself before lunch and the weight has almost always gone back down. It's scary, isn't it?

I have 25 to lose. I awoke higher by 1.6 today but I'm not
counting that.

consistently until a few days ago.
