My workout today: 9 miles and 30 minutes weight lifting

I had a busy day yesterday and I was exhausted by the time I got home, jammies were calling my name ;)

But today I will
1) Walk my pup for 3.4 miles -- 60 min
2) Walk on treadmill for 4.9 miles -- 65 min
3) Lift weights -- 45 min

Yesterday - 2.5 miles on treadmill & leg and arm weights
Today - 1.6 miles on treadmill & arm weights
