After that low weigh in I had several days ago, my numbers have been higher. My clothes are fitting better and my face looks thinner, so I think the scale should go down here in a day or so. My daughter is back in school, so I can be more focused on grocery shopping and working out. She is too much of a wild card to go shopping with...

My cousin/neighbor told me that he and his wife are jealous of me and my husband's weight loss. I love that people notice!

I am on a high protein diet so I have a tendency to retain something other than water if you catch my drift. That's the biggest draw back to this particular diet.

Hey RW! Lol at your wild card daughter, I have two girls and they are the same! That is so cool that your neighbor is also your cousin and even cooler that he and his wife are jealous!! Maybe the protein problem is why your numbers are higher, I guess they should go down soon! It is great when clothes fit better and you can see it with your own eyes in your face though!

Sooo, I'm down 0.8lbs this week to 131.5. This is getting real now, within three weeks I could (touch wood) be down to my goal and into maintenance. I have a feeling that the maintenance thread might not be too happening, I will check it out later.

I dropped the fluid weight I'd put on a couple days ago, so today I'm at 136.6. Going to clean my house, and then go buy some produce today, then do my usual Sunday thing which is sit on the couch and watch netflix

My weight is holding steady. I am ready for the needle to move down. I am on my third week of my jogging program. I am definitely toning up and looking slimmer. The weight will reflect on the scale soon enough. My lowest weight in the last week was 136.8. It was there for one glorious moment, not to be seen since. I am keeping positive. I have a lot of energy and I am being productive on a daily basis, so it's all good. Would love to be down to 133 in the next month.

Hanging out back up at 138 right now, but ain't no thing: I'm supposed to be mid-cycle this week, plus my scale claims my BF% has gone down. Somewhat dubious about the latter, but it was comforting.

Also, today is my birthday!

Still at 138 for some reason, but my BF% is definitely down. I took measurements today and they were mostly unchanged for the past 2 weeks but I had lost 1/4" in my calves, which is interesting.

It's so quiet over here...

I've had a stressful couple weeks with work and some dental problems, and my weight fluctuated up a lot from hormones/water, but I got it back under control and hit 135.6 today. Of course TOM is coming up soon so... I'll enjoy it while it lasts.

underanalysis, hope you had a great birthday last week! Misbehaving teeth are terrible, how are you feeling now?

Hoping everyone is having a good weekend.

I'm still here and chugging along. Logging my morning weigh-ins every day in my little notebook by the scale, etc. Even though the scale hasn't been doing much of anything this summer, I've continued to slim down and dropped another clothing size. Never thought I'd be wearing size 6 pants or size small tops again!

Fingers crossed for good weather, I have reservations made to skydive next weekend. I'm celebrating 1 year of healthier habits and almost 20 pounds lost and I'm taking my nephew to celebrate his 18th birthday. We're both very excited! I've had a bunch of people say, "Oh wow, I've always wanted to try skydiving." and when I respond with, "We're booked for Sept 13th, you're welcome to join us!" they always go "No thanks!"

Hmm, I thought I hit 'reply' but I guess not...

Loves to Travel, I can totally imagine people saying that, lol! Have you done a skydive before? I did one about 10 years ago and it was the scariest and best thing I've ever done. I bought my boyfriend a paragliding trip for his birthday and we have to go before November so I guess we should organize that soon!

Well done on the size 6 pants and small tops!!

So, down a teeny 0.3 pounds this week but it does mean I have an even pound to lose and then I am DONE!!!!

Hello gang! I have been maintaining in the 130's for several months now and have dropped off the radar, so to speak. But now I'm back in the game and I really want to lose another 10 - 15 - 20 pounds. So, here I am!
Weighed in this morning at 134.0.

I am doing a week-long cleanse to get this new effort kickstarted.
