After being 129.8 (130) for two weeks, the scale reads 128.8 today (129).
I have done some workouts, skipped some workouts, had days where I drank nearly enough water, and days where I counted wine and beer toward my liquids. I have had 2400 calories days, 1600, 1800, 1900, 2200...
I have been thinking of attempting to reduce calories to 1200-1500, but I'm a bit afraid because I recall I stopped losing until I began eating more.
I'm going to at least try to eat better foods and plan meals more, so I don't keep eating things that were not worth it.
