hiddenstar! It will be just water weight. I know it is hard to see that, esp. if the scale goes back up to another decade.
I am working so hard to get back to 135. And dieting just sucks
. I am eating low cals and fasting 1-2 (500 cals; 5:2 plan) per week. I am hoping these next 5 pounds will go down fast.
I am becoming a bit of a hermit....avoiding social situations where food is involved. So I totally understand your "fear"
hiddenstar. We do monthly luncheons with girlfriends, and I am skipping this month's lunch.... I have only been OP for a week now, and I can not afford to open that can of worms. So I will decline invites for a few more weeks until I feel I have all cravings under control.
