  • Sounds like there's tummy issues going around right now. I'm finally over mine, so hoping everyone else feels better. Of course now I have a cold or something instead... if not one thing it's the other I guess.

    Still at 144.5 for now!
  • I would love to join this thread. I am brand new to 3FC and can't seem to kick the 140's. I am only about 15 lbs. away from my goal weight, but I keep holding on in the 140's.

    I would love some motivation and support to get past this.
    I am only 5 lbs. away from my lowest in the past 3 1/2 years and would love to see it again.

  • Welcome Jen! I'm similar in height and I have always found the 140s to be a total pain. Good luck getting to your goal!

    Well, I've been POP since DD and DH are out of town, but after one day below 139 I've been hovering between 139 and 140. Oh, well... at least it's not moving up!

    JenVitz, I don't know how long you've been trying to get out of the 140's, but you are kicking its butt!

    After hovering btwn 139 and 140 for 3 or 4 days, I have been weighing btwn 138 and 139 the past two days. DD and DH aren't coming back till tomorrow, so with any luck I'll be able to move the ticker tomorrow!

    Yoyoma - thanks for the encouragement! I ate fair food yesterday!!! Way to much Sodium! Hopefully I can get lower for tomorrow.
  • I'm happy to see that everybody is doing so well, keep it up guys!

    I am dealing with really bad PMS this month. I've been eating way over my calories for 3 days now including today which means my weight has gone up. I weighed-in at 138.2 lbs on Friday, 139.8 lbs on Saturday and 141.8 lbs this morning. Ugh I hope I will get back on track very soon. I can't wait to go to the gym but I have to stay on plan with my eating in order to see results.
  • 143.8 this morning, which was a nice surprise! Enjoying my workouts and eating well, but definitely had a hungry day yesterday and ate above my calories in the end. I guess my body needed that, though.

    Hoopty, sorry the PMS is taking its toll. Hoping you see a whoosh on the other side!

    I've weighed in below 139 for the last three days (today was at 137.8!) so I am taking ownership of 139 on the ticker! I'll keep checking in here until I get firmly in the 130s (I need some slack for vacation even though 139 is my official goal). DD and DH came home this morning, so I will be back to the usual assortment of food challenges.
