Thanks 6crowsgold! I feel so much better now, I stuck it in my signature. Niiice on the fast day, I did that once but it was too hard - it takes a lot of discipline!

@Leaves I am going to Disney World next friday, and I am so excited! I've only been once when I was little. I am on a 23 day grape fast/low calorie diet right now that ends the day before I leave! I am going to weigh in next thursday, and when I get back.
Hopefully I'll like what I see, so I'll be motivated to eat well on my trip!!!
I am hoping it's in the 120's!!!!!!!

Oh hey GetHealthy. Yeah, I'm on a last minute 100% on plan kick too, can't wait until Disneyland :3 What's a grape fast? Can you only eat grapes?

@Leaves ... Yes, you only eat grapes. I have done a lot of research on it. I have this book called the grape cure. I really like it. After about 3 days of being on it I don't even want to eat other food, and I crave grapes. You have to pee a lot though bc the grapes have so much water haha!!! you can eat as many as you want...if you do it i would be careful about how much you exercise because i sometimes feel weak if i exercise too much

I am just trotting along. March has been a good month. So far I have lost 8 pounds and planted my butt firmly into the 130's
