9/1 121.4 Back from a little trip to Tahoe No exercise for a couple days

It's been a long time since I've been here. True to my screen name, I've had some regain (up to 135 after vacation) and need to buckle down and get rid of it!

2/ 131.4 (lots and lots of sangria, ugh)

Krampus, I am just getting back to running after developing plantar fasciitis in April. I'm running 3-5 miles every other day now, very slowly. Glad to be back to running but missing the more rigorous training I was doing in the spring.
