I'm going to try posting my weight in yet another place (in addition to FitDay and on my ticker) to see if it helps keep me accountable. I need all the help I can get . So here I am for the last days of September.
Goal is simply below 140 for now. That will probably take a long time. I have managed to raise my set weight to the high 140s.
Sept 23 - 148.4 (booo... but still better than what I saw a couple of weeks ago)

Thanks thesame7lbs . I would generally think in the grand scheme of things that it's not too bad IF the naturopath that I'm seeing hadn't have said that I should expect to lose a minimum of 3kgs a week. Oh well, I'll see her tomorrow.

That is almost seven pounds a week and is not mathematically possible at your body weight even if you were consuming zero calories. You are doing great and I would seriously evaluate the credentials of any healthcare professional who suggests that it is even possible (let alone healthy) for someone at your bodyweight to drop 6 kg in one week.
