9/9 124.4 paying for last 2 night dinner out Thai then Chinese I don't do much sodium!

9/11 124.6 still paying repentence BUT alright already I really did not eat much!!
9/12 124.2 going to track my food maybe I am eating to much kinda depressed about feet

I am training for the rest of my life.When is my next 1/2 marathon? Maybe Monday,Wednesday,Saturday?? I don't need a race or another T shirt ... I Run for the "JOY OF RUNNING"
