I know I'm a featherweight but these situations still make me feel like an elephant

During "intimate time" with the husband. I feel like a cow. And trying on bras and/or swimsuits, which I avoid like the PLAGUE.

I'm already pretty tall, so being around all of these petite women (under 5 foot 4) regardless of their actual weight, makes me feel like an elephant.

Really whenever I binge...I hate feeling bloated and over full.

And I hate feeling my thighs rub together with extra fat...HATE IT! (when I'm my healthy weight my thighs still touch...they just aren't *rubbing* together when I walk)

But when I'm on track, eating what I should and exercising I generally feel great!

I feel fat because my midsection, no matter how hard I try, will always have a pouch from pregnancy. When I sit down with pants it never fails to remind me that it's there. TOM makes it even more noticeable. I try to look on the bright side that I don't have any stretchmarks so it is possible to lose it entirely but I don't think I have that level of motivation to go hardcore to get super ripped. I would kill to have Jillian Michael's abs though. Her body is my dream. That's serious work.

Upper arm fat pisses me off too, otherwise I have no other complaints.

Novangel Jillian is 5'1" and weighs 117,have you listened to her podcasts on iTunes they are great to listen to...I love her she is so funny

I feel fattest when I'm eating something high calorie, decadent or otherwise not on plan. I also feel fat when I choose to skip a workout. I guess guilt makes me feel fat.
