So many reasons! But this is a good thread to motivate myself to start again tomorrow after my holiday of eating everything I set eyes on :P
- To lose boob weight
- To get a flat stomach
- To get toned, slimmer arms
- To be more confident in (and out of) clothes
- To lose weight off my face. (I know that sounds weird, but go with it.)
- To be healthier and fitter
- To have the body I've wanted for years.
- To not always look at slim, fit girls, wishing it was me. I want to BE that girl, and stop wishing.
- To prove to myself that I CAN do this, because I've always failed.
- To actually accomplish something that requires long-term commitment.
- To not feel big sometimes.
- To have more muscle tone.
- To be the healthy, active person I want to be.
- To look even better in my clothes.
Ha mine are similar!
-To be able to look amazing in clothes (and to enjoy wearing them).
-To be stronger and fitter (and to be able to catch up with those guys in cars that shout horrible things at me).
-To enjoy food and appreciate food (including the odd treat now and then, but not gorge myself).
-To be confident in photographs.
