So many reasons! But this is a good thread to motivate myself to start again tomorrow after my holiday of eating everything I set eyes on :P
- To lose boob weight
- To get a flat stomach
- To get toned, slimmer arms
- To be more confident in (and out of) clothes
- To lose weight off my face. (I know that sounds weird, but go with it.)
- To be healthier and fitter
Bust - 96.5cm; Upper waist - 71cm; Lower waist - 78cm; Hips - 96cm; Arms - 26.5cm; Thighs - 55.5cm;
Goal: Run 5k. Be able to do 50 proper press-ups!
