So many reasons! But this is a good thread to motivate myself to start again tomorrow after my holiday of eating everything I set eyes on :P
- To lose boob weight
- To get a flat stomach
- To get toned, slimmer arms
- To be more confident in (and out of) clothes
- To lose weight off my face. (I know that sounds weird, but go with it.)
- To be healthier and fitter
(For me... what I was at when I was 117lb
Bust - 97cm; Waist - 71cm; Hips - 93cm; Arms -29cm; Thighs - 52cm; calves - 36cm)
Goal: ~110lb, waist < 64cm! or Happy!!
