Ugghhh, I don't even know. How can I follow the plan and eat the same stuff each day and keep going up in weight?

2/6: 113.0 Big drop overnight..doubt it will stick
2/7: 113.4
2/8: 112.8 Lowest weigh-in since last June
2/9: 112.8 I think I might get stuck in the 112's. It took a while to break it last time I went down to 110. And no wine dehydration today
