I said I wanted to avoid the scale until Thursday to give my body time to bounce back from 3 days of really bad eating, but I just couldn't do it... Curiosity got the best of me! I'm still up a bit from prior to my binge fest, which is sadly probably legitimate weight gain. Oh we'll, just have to keep working at it!
