136 Had 4 strips of bacon @ dinner, then I ate a banana and cashews in the middle of the night...felt like my body needed more potassium and magnesium. Hope this number is just temporary, b/c I have been O/P!

Hello everyone! I am new to this thread I started my journey at 140, which was a few weeks ago. I am now at 136.4 and can't wait to watch the scale go down and reach the 120s!
