136 :( Had 4 strips of bacon @ dinner, then I ate a banana and cashews in the middle of the night...felt like my body needed more potassium and magnesium. Hope this number is just temporary, b/c I have been O/P!

i've been gaining weight all month, but today i lost 2 lbs from yesterday and i'm still mid-130s. i am so ready to get out of this thread!!

Totally doing what it takes, yet weight not budging at all....which means I have some pretty tough fat :( It's gonna take a whole lot of effort.

Hello everyone! I am new to this thread :) I started my journey at 140, which was a few weeks ago. I am now at 136.4 and can't wait to watch the scale go down and reach the 120s!

I havent posted in a while out of frustration. I have been between 133-136 all summer. :( Today I was 134 and I feel confident that I am ready to get the scale moving again.

I seem to be stuck. I'm 137.5 now :( Gonna start a 30 days shred challenge for September and see what happens. My low calorie high protein diet is not doing it alone.
