I'm just continuing to do my thing over here. Eating sensibly and eyeballing calories, but no major restrictions. My morning weigh-ins have settled around 135/136 the past couple weeks.
I've noticed that the morning after workouts, my scale numbers are always higher compared to days when I don't exercise. I'm guessing some of it's fluid retention from sore muscles and I also drink A LOT of water on workout days. It's a little frustrating (I like to see small numbers!), but getting into shape is important too. I'm still losing inches though and can get into some size 6 pants now so I say
to the scale.
The losses are very slow now, but I've been consistently maintaining them for months so that's something to celebrate.
