Not sure what's going on with my body, but at least i's in a direction I like. I did eat light yesterday and was planning on it today & tomorrow in anticipation of our upcoming camping weekend at an amusement park (hello junk food!) 129.9 this morning. I'm not calling it until I get another solid weigh in in the 120s though.

I was up a bit (.6) this week. Sigh. I know what I did. Hanging head in shame.

Sarahlynn - Thanks!

moviegrl1737 - I find the best thing is to just recognize a bit of an overindulgence but not dwell on it. Move forward and do what you need to do in order to get back on track. Good luck!

kifli - Sounds like a good plan!

I was up to 130.1 this morning. Hoping not to move any higher but I actually wouldn't be shocked if I did. I have a pretty severe downward trend over the last few days. TOM is coming soon, so I doubt I'll kick the 130s for another week. Still, it's on the horizon. yay!

Sarahlynn - Congrats on 134!

130.5 this morning. Even though I'm up .6lb I'm still happy with sticking under 131.

133 WOOT!!! I could feel it coming because for the past three days the scale was going 132.6 for a second and then hopping up to the number it settled on.

DottieMae staying under 131 is great! I am betting you will see 129.something after your next bikram yoga.

Feeling so discouraged today. I got on the scale, feeling SO confident that it would be a loss ... or at least back to my low of 131.6 as I was 1.5 weeks ago. But the scale read 133.4!

I seem to have such a hard time and I don't know what to do! I'm eating 1200 calories, low carb-ish (75-100g), high protein. I run 3-4 miles 2x a week and lift 2-3x a week. I walk 2 miles (total) to/from work every day. I'm doing EVERYTHING I did last time, to get down to 123, but I'm stuck in the 130s.

I feel like it is hopeless!

LovelyandLosing I just wanted to say I am in the same boat. I was 124-125 a week ago and have been eating at a deficit all week but was 128.2 this morning, eughhhhhhh!

129.6 this morning. Second weigh in in the 120s. So I think it's time to say goodbye. I hope to see you guys there soon!

Sarahlynn - I knew you were going to see a drop soon! Congrats on another one down to 133!

LovelyAndLosing - That is frustrating! Two things that you might want to think about/try. You may be gaining muscle weight, especially if the lifting and running is new to you, hence no movement as muscle weighs more. The good thing though is that increased muscle helps speed your metabolism up. I have gone through phases where the scale doesn't move much and then in a few weeks I get a huge drop. If you're on your plan it will move, unfortunately it just doesn't move at the speed we always want.

Another thing is to just try increasing your calories to 1500-1600 for one week and see if that makes a difference. Or try calorie cycling. With your activity level you may not be getting enough calories. I currently eat between 1500-1600 and we're the same height. I'm also a bit older, which means my metabolism may be slower than yours.

Also, how often do you weigh in? I like to do a daily weigh in because then I can see the little fluctuations and get a sense of where my weight really is. When I was doing it once a week I would get frustrated because sometimes those were my 'off days' so it would feel like I hadn't lost any weight. It's a personal preference though. Good luck, keep up the hard work and hugs!

I'm slow moving too! But not surprised b/c it seems like getting out of the 130's is almost near impossible for me.

Down .5 to 139 today.

Dottie Mae - Congrats
Sarahlynn - Yay for the 133!
Krampus and Lovely - Hang in there!
