Went back up to 139.4....have had supermarket pizza nearly every night for the past 5 or 6 nights! I have lost self-control in the evenings, and it is just so easy to pick up a frozen pizza on my way home from work. I need to do something about this. Although I currently try to work out in the mornings, maybe I should add a walk in the evenings to help curb the cravings/keep me focused on something else.
I'm joining this thread... A little embarrassed because I reached the 130s well over a year ago and have gone up and down since.... The lowest I reached was 130. Ugh!
I'm currently at 135.2 and would love to reach 125-128. I've never weighed that little, so we'll see what looks good.
