Ya.. I know the feeling of not feeling hungry enough for all the calories.. but you kind of get use to it after a while
Normally when I'm not getting close to my calorie target, I feel great for a while, but all of a sudden binge, and end up gaining it all back and more :/ I totally would suggust counting, and then if your not withen 200 calories of your target, maybe fill up on some healthy things an hour or two before bed
It sometimes even increases your hunger.. but once you get use to it you'll be amazed at how long you can eat well for
