Well I don't know if it is an anomaly, as I am not sure if I had enough fluid intake yesterday, but the scale said 140 this morning. Getting ever so close to the 130s.

Hello, I would like to join. I'm just getting back into the swing of things, after a huge holiday gain. I am now looking forward to getting back on track and would like to get back out of the 140's. I weighed this morning at 145.

I've lost about 4 lbs but thinking it's mostly water weight. Have been doing Medifast to jump start my loss and sticking to the plan...except I can't seem to give up my wine entirely. It's REALLY cold here in the Midwest and a nice glass of Cabernet in the evenings makes me happy.

Gkm130 Congrats on your 4 pounds. You are off to a great start. -- I gave up wine some months back and I still miss a nice glass of wine at night. -- I do feel better though in the mornings

143.8 for me...inching downwards. I hope I can drop another 1.4 pounds before the month ends. That would bring me to 30 pound loss and normal BMI

Sum38 Great Job! Like that you have your mini goals that add up to your great end result.

I did have a couple of glasses of wine last night but stayed healthy with my meals...up one pound. Think I will allow myself 1 day a week and wait a couple of days after to weigh myself. Exercise also makes a difference with me.

Okay I'm going to throw my hat into the ring. Last week weighed 148, saturday weigh in was 145.0 and I'm ready to get out of the 140s! (it was water weight and now the real work begins :\)

So cold here today...want to just stay in. Forcing myself to go to the gym. Not going to weigh myself until tomorrow. Hopefully, can work off the bit of cheating I did over the weekend.

GMK130, I too am having to force going to the gym tonight after work, but If I don't fill that time ,I will get bored and go off plan.

Curlyfroyo, I also regained back up to 148 before I put my foot down. Starting over is so hard.

Sum38, thanks for the encouragement.

I'm trying not to weigh daily but I did check in this morning at 140.6 ,unbelievable. I know it's water but I'll take it. It was hard not to do a cheat weekend and I did go off plan a little but just one day.
