As for me, I am UP a HUGE amount. 146.5 this am; 4 pounds since Friday I know it is water weight and I will drink tons of green tea and sassy water today and eat clean...plus ovulation time always makes me retain water AND I have eaten poorly for 4 days. -- So back on the wagon before more damage is to be had!
Hi! I just found this thread, so jumping in. I have been in the 140's for 2 years in maintenance and about 6 weeks ago I thought I would try to start losing again. I have had a few good weeks and some bad ones. But I am so ready to leave the 140s!!!
2 weeks ago my lowest weight was 142.4 but then I had a bunch of visitors and graduation celebrating so on Monday was back up to 145.4. I have been having a bit of a hard time getting myself out of the party overeating mode this week and its really bugging me so I need to do better today and get back to good habits. At least workouts this week have been back on track so hopefully I wont see more gain by friday.
still hovering in the same general area. gonna keep doing what i'm doing. bought more cute cheap dresses. i feel like my body is changing, even if the numbers aren't...i just want the numbers to hurry and catch up!
