Joining in late, but I have discovered that apparently I need a LOT more accountability. I have managed to generate a new set-point for myself (~10 lbs over the weight at which I was maintaining a year ago). More than 75% of my clothes don't fit any more ...
wfonseca - holey moley, that was a big jump in early January. I was hoping for that for myself! But nope, my "holiday gain" is sticking like glue.
Monday is my "official" weigh-in day: Jan 2 to Feb 6 - fluctuating between 145.2 and 142.2 Feb 13 - 144.2[adding some start measurements here; why not? Bust - 36 inches, Underbust - 30"; Waist (smallest point, mine is high up) - 31"; Waist (largest part of lower-belly "roll") - 36"; Hips (widest part, kinda low on me) - 42"; Thigh (right, widest part) - 24"; Calf - (right, widest part) - 15", and Bicep (right) - 11" held straight out, 11.5" "flexed"] Feb 20 -

A new high! I started a weightlifting program last week, and have increased my calories per their recommendations (though I am still not even close to how high they say I should be ... recommended 1800-2200, I am maybe at 1600-1700). So yep, I've gained weight. Not sure what to do about this situation.... just suck it up and accept my "new weight" I suppose
