i will stay on plan so i can enjoy the beach this summer instead of seeking out the most remote area or just sitting on the sidelines wishing i could be on the sand.

i will stay on plan so i can fit into all the old clothes at my moms house

i will stay on plan and start lifting so i can carry those cases of beer and move kegs with ease at work.

I will stick to plan today because I want to look amazing the next time I see my boyfriend in October. He (being the wonderful boyfriend that he is) thinks I look amazing no matter what weight I'm in but I feel more comfortable around 120. I may not make it to goal by then but at least I'll be very close.

I will stick to plan today so I can learn better habits to get through the holiday season.
