I recently had the same realization. I started at 160 and set a goal of 135. I'm currently at 125 and still have plenty of "pooch" and fat rolls. I've re-evaluated and set a new goal of 115. Part of me can't believe I'm going to torture myself through another ten pounds, but the rest of me is excited about the possibilities and determined to get it done. I'm going to add toning to my exercise routine this week, hoping that will help with the remaining lumps and bumps.
