While my weight loss progress remains slow as ever, I'm finally near breaking my previous lowest weight a few years ago of 116 weighing in at 116.6 today!
I'm a newbie, started at 142 in September 2015, this morning I clocked in at 119.75.
I'm 5'4" and a half and my rock bottom, healthy bmi weight is 110 so I shouldn't go over that. But I am very 'skinny fat' with barely any muscle. I have fibromyalgia, so exercise is difficult, a small frame and a huge belly! (34", down from 36" when I started). Goal weight is whatever gets my belly under 32".
