116.8 this morning! I have officially changed my goal to 107, so I'm still on the journey a while more. That said, I split an amazing Chinese food dinner with my husband tonight. But I was proud of my restraint!

Anyone experiment with adding fats into your diet? I think this week I'm gonna do whole milk in my coffee and tea, full fat yogurt, etc, just to see what happens. I know that makes me feel indulgent and satisfies me longer. As long as the calories all work out it should be good, right? lol. Here's hoping. Although this is the week before TOM, so maybe not the best time for actual experiments! Oh well, trying it anyway. It's only 1 week.

Plus, many doctors think that full fat dairy is way better for you than low fat.

I really do love dairy fat, a lot. We'll just see if it loves me! It's hard to work those calories in though since they're so high!

117.4 this am! I had a major cheat day last Saturday, but I think in the end it made me woosh! A lot of wine was consumed LOL.

You're getting so close! Is your goal still 115? Mine is to be 110 with clothes on during the day. lol. So I'm calling that 107-108.

I can't believe I made my July goal! Under 115! Between not being able to get a good "empty" weight most days and then TOM showing up right on time, I was shocked that all the planets converged and I made goal! Of course, now it's back to work this week and no more empty weights for a while (I'll be out of town this weekend). But I'm hoping that I'll get a big drop after TOM, but nowadays big seems to mean 1.5 lbs. lol. My August goal is just a measly 4 lbs, but that's how I fly lately. Maybe I'll surprise myself with 110, but not counting on it!

Hmm, the dairy fat thing makes it hard to stick to my caloric goals. For sure. But it leaves me less hungry and more diet-feeling. I am consistently going over my goals by 100-200 extra calories and I'm trying to decide if it's worth it or not! Hmm.

Going with a modified full fat thing for now- still doing the lower calorie Greek yogurts (Chobani makes a great 100 calorie version), using 1% or skim milk in cooking and using half and half in coffee. It tastes SO much better that way, so if I can taste it I use the good stuff and just add in the calories and deal with it!

I'm also trying all fruits, veggies and then yogurt for lunch during the days and then eating a small meal at dinnertime. We'll see how that goes. Not sure how much tweaking is necessary and how much is just to relieve boredom!

Yum! This weekend has been all about the food! Delicious Italian yesterday at lunch with leftovers for dinner. I had a lovely soft pretzel and a couple hot wings with my wonderful Guinness draught (first I've had since early March!!) and then brought home a Stromboli for dinner. Soo good!!! Then today was Mexican with fried taquitoes (corn tortillas and no extra saucy stuff) and margaritas. Yummy!!! I pretty much worked both meals and drinks effortlessly into my goals, reminding me just how many useless calories I must have been eating before! Weight is at 113.9 this morning, although I expect a boost tomorrow!
