Yay--I hit my final weight goal today!! I still have a little belly fat I'd like to get rid of, but I'm going to try to do it with exercise.

Hey Everyone,

I'm new to 3FC but have been on a healthy lifestyle/weight loss path for almost a year now. I started at 132 last April and I'm hoping to drop to my goal weight of 100 by this April. (I'm 5"2 with a very very slight build, so 100 is a reasonable weight)

It's been a slow but very fulfilling journey so far and I'm looking forward to all the support groups and inspiring posts on here.

Thanks and wish everyone all the best!

Anyone else here?
I found out I'm 116lb today! Can't remember ever being this weight! And I went shopping today and bought size 8 trousers! Very happy!
Bit worried though because my weight loss is mainly due to not being able to eat these last couple of weeks after my tonsillectomy. I lost 2lb before, and then a few pounds in this time. And my boyfriend is coming to visit this weekend so I know I'll be eating bad food with him! We'll see though. There's no time limit... I'll lose it eventually!

hey guys! Been 2 months since I started and I just found this thread! I'm 4 foot 11 and started at 125 about 6 months ago, got to 112 and regained to 116...currently at 107.9...my initial goal was to reach 107, but now I'm thinking 105 and maybe 103. I have a small frame and feel like that would be great.

I think the most frustrating part was the first few weeks...the first week I lost 3 lbs and then nothing for 2-3 weeks....but now it's been pretty easy since then. I have been eating roughly 1000-1200 cal a day, at the gym 4 times a week, burning about 500 cal per session. My husband also does bodybuilding so he's a great motivator and helps me a lot.

My goals are : Oct 31 - 105 lbs
Nov 30- 103 lbs

I may make it there faster or slower, but I know I'll get there.

Seriously, none of my friends (who are all taller than me) understand what 5 lbs does on my body - such a difference!

It feels so great even having lost this much.

Is anyone still around on this thread?

Count me in... my goal is actually 110 (any less than that and it's too hard to maintain). I'm 117 or 118 right now.

Wow, this is not a popular place! I'm hoping to break into the world of the 110's before too much longer... anyone else working their way here or working their way through?

Hi Kristi. I am very small framed so my goal is about 105. I tend to fluctuate about 100 to 107.

Default let's resurrect this post! 2015

Hi Kristi,
I was just thinking the same thing...
My goal is 100, I have 25 to shed, I'm thinking 6 months is realistic with hard work thought I'd love to do it faster... and sustain it!

Under 110 lbs would be nice, but I haven't seen that since before I started taking birth control pills for migraines.

I'm now 118-119 lbs and 11_ is fine

I was 110 about 5 years ago, and spent a lot of time at 108ish. At the moment, I would love to get to that 108 mark again and then just migrate to whatever feels/looks right. I can't believe that I'm this close to the 110's again though- honestly, mid 110's would make me super happy. I can't believe my body was hauling around 152 lbs of itself all the time. I have such tiny bone structure that it was NOT easy.

Hi!

Jen, you are much taller so I am sure that range is just right.

Hi Kristi,
I completely hear you. Carrying around extra weight is exhausting. You notice once you drop it what a difference it makes. I am working toward the 110s and then 100 by the new year. I know that once I break 110 that will make a huge difference though. For now, breaking 120 will be my mini goal!

I started doing Tae Bo again (from the 90s!) lol... Its still in my muscle memory and I am hoping it will help.

119.7 this morning! I'm working my way down to just under 110. My "official goal" is 110, but I anticipate losing til I dip just below that and then switch to maintaining. Yay!! I'm about to head out of town tomorrow for a week and won't be back to my official scale until the next Sunday. I should be coming up to a bit of a whoosh, so here's hoping!
