Default CCers &Exercisers! What are your NET daily calories

I guess this is more of what I was trying to ask with my last thread post....

When you add up all your calories consumed for the day and subtract ( if you do) calories burned by working out.. What is your daily average? I work out pretty hard so my net (calories in- calories out) is never above 1000, actually it'd be 1000 on a day I've eaten ALOT, and I'm starting wonder whether this is healthy/ beneficial.

Chime in ladies!

If you still have energy, not feeling tired and you're still losing weight keep doing what you're doing...

Net calories- including cals in and cals out-, between 1200-1500. But it's so hard to tell how many cals I really burn at the gym :-/

lissvarna I use a HRM with a chest strap to keep track of calories burned. I also subtract my BMR calories from whatever my watch gives me. The weight seems to be coming off so i trust it. Plus the only machine I use to workout with that actually calculates calories burned for me is the treadmill. But its true... U never really know for sure
