Default New book, new plan...

I just got a copy of _The New Rules of Lifting for Women_ and _Stella's Kitchen_. NROLFW has a 6 month training program and a food plan that is high in calories compared to just about any other diet I've seen. SK is a cookbook of clean eating that I've wanted for years but it was out of print.

I'm still reading NROLFW, but it looks good so far. There are lots of good reviews on it, here's hoping it goes well.
