yup. minimum 45 minutes cardio/day (do 2-3 HIIT cycling, am training for a half-marathon (run an hour + 2 or 3 times/week) and do 90 minutes of weights/week)...I love to eat. I love to move. Oh and I work in a cubicle, but stand all day. I also don't own a vehicle, which means I walk everywhere

@nads84 training for a half-marathon? Wow, I am impressed. Good luck hun! Also I noticed that your starting weight was 205 pounds and I've just got to say OMG that is AMAZING! Congratulations on doing so amazingly!

Thank you ...its amazing what happens when one changes their life....I live to eat clean and move now. ...i was poisoning myself before (big time drug addict and food-binger(I no longer binge. I overeat perodically, but I follow the 80/20 rule)).
