I've consistenly been staying about 127-128 for a year now but recently I've bopped back up to 130-131. I'm so upset! I want to get back down and lose more weight! I'm going to Disneyworld in February and I would really, really LOVE to be 120 for that! That would be amazing!

So, everyone who has been able to stay in the low 120s for a while, what do you usually eat in a day?

I was 122 over the summer but school started and I'm not working out as much so I'm at 124-125. I would like to be 120. I was 130 for a long time, so getting so close to 120 and back in the middle is a little frustrating. Well, no junk for a while

Food in a day- (every three hours give or take)
7 am- Quest bar and bottle of water
10 am- Green apple with almond butter
11:30 am- 100 calorie Greek yogurt, 7g sugar
1:30 pm- Premier protein shake (160 calories, 30g protein)
4 pm- Quest bar (if I'm really hungry)
6 or 7 pm if I'm at work late- broccoli and four ounces of turkey or chicken, an orange or blackberries or some kind of fruit
1400 calories
Best case scenario lift weights during the week, cardio and weights on Sat and Sunday

Cutting the carbs is the only reason I lost any weight. Both of my parents are Type II diabetic and I want to avoid it so I drastically changed my diet.

Thanks for sharing what you eat in a day! I also have hypoglycemia so while I'm sure my weight would plummet if I extremely cut out carbs, I'd also get so very sick.

I've used "lose it" to record my calories and weight and my carbs are usually around 150-200 grams, so I am not an Atkins person. I no longer feel tired at around 3 like I used to. Having more energy from getting off sugar highs has been nice.

Is this for anyone in the 110s? I hit 120 probably in September, but I'm still working my way down. My aim is to look not flabby in shorts and a tank top while sitting on the couch. Gut and thunder thighs seem more obvious there.

It's been so quiet here, so I stayed on the 130's thread! If you guys post here, so will I
Otherwise, let's combine the threads!

Yes, Hunger, 110's work! I'm hoping to get there soon! Gut and thunder thighs are my motivation too...:P

Love the Disney "treats" that are tied with your goals. It's such a boost to think of a good vacation/trip that is waiting in the wings!

I think I need to stop losing any weight. Even though my weight is the same, my size four pants are baggy and I can pull them off. I bought size two jeans this weekend. I've actually upped my calories to 1600. At some point, there is too much of this.

Oh I'm so pleased to find this thread. I've been bouncing around the 120s now for a couple months. 127-128.
I have been actively working out regularly, but meal choices vary.
Need to stay focused.

Hi Happy Holiday! We share the same goals! Glad to have you here

Jen...I'm seriously wanting your problem! I was totally thinking about picking up your meal plan for a while to see what would happen with me. I'm sure you look great size 2 or 4!

That's the beauty part. You can decide when you get to the place where you are comfortable. You seem to have a lot of control, so that will help quite a bit with maintenance.

That's why I don't have a stated goal weight. I have no idea where that will be, just that it will be a BMI of 18.5 or above, since that's considered medically safe.

Welcome, Happy Holiday (nice nick - I'm a big Thanksgiving/Christmas fan)! I've only been here for a few days, but it's already helped me to buckle down and, as you say, focus!
