Default Get Me Out of the 150s!!!!!

Is anyone else stuck in the 150s and having a hard time getting out? I am 151.0 today- and the scale is NOT moving. You would think it would be easy to go fro 151 to 149, but so far...not so much.

I am eating between 1300-1500 calories/day and exercising moderately (elliptical or walking with weights).

I am fairly tall, so I'm in a "normal" BMI- but my comfortable weight (what I weighed before I went through a string of pregnancies) was 125-130, so I am hoping to get back there...hopefully by June.

Anyone else in a similar spot? Maybe we can support eachother!

Not only am I stuck at 151, but I am extra anxious to get out of them because when I hit 149, I will no longer be in the overweight category. I swear for the last three weeks, every morning I can't wait to get on that scale in the morning to see my numbers drop into the 140s, and every morning I am slightly disappointed. It has to happen eventually.

I don't usually frequent this forum. I am shorter than you ladies and don't feel like a "feather" at all LOL But I had to come back and check to see if anyone has made it out of the 150s. The scale has stayed between 151.0 and 151.6 all week. Couldn't it at least throw me a bone and say 150.9?????? Exactly 151.0 today, same as six days ago. As I ran on the treadmill today, I had imagery of leaving 1.1 pounds of fat behind on the treadmill LOL The month of February has been slow for me, a total of two pounds lost, and that is with eating perfectly on plan and following my C25K plan, so I feel I am due for a two pound loss soon!!!!! Patience, I know.

I forgot to answer the questions. I have eaten all but 4 of my daily alloted calories for this week LOL. My plan is to eat about 1250, but I was eating a little lower than that, about 1100 average, so I thought maybe I would try eating the full amount this week. I am in the 7th week of C25K program, which is 3 days a week 35 minutes, and this week I added just 20 minutes of walking on the treadmill on my days off of running to try and stoke my metabolism.

aimeebell- i think you are a featherweight! i bet you will see results soon- and that you are building muscle and changing your body shape/composition...so you probably are losing fat- just gaining muscle, so it evens out.

well- today i weighed and am 150.0!!! I am hopeful that I can push down to 149 in the next week or so. I am not sure the reason for the change. the only thing i'm doing differently right now is not working out - LOL- so maybe i really was gaining muscle before when i was working out.

whatever it is, i'll take it. next stop 149! :-)

If I wasn't worried I would break my toe and not be able to run, I would kick that gosh darn scale. 151.0 this morning , my official weigh day. -0 pounds this week. 1260 calories daily average, walked 30 minutes on the treadmill three days this week, ran 25 minutes on the treadmill three days, and -0. And it is not like I am coming off a big loss in the weeks before, barely 2 pounds for the entire month, and I have been on plan every single week. It has to come off some time.

Awesome for you! 140s just seems so much lighter than 151 LOL As for me, STILL stuck at 151. It is crazy. Every day it is 151.something. I am getting very impatient.

FINALLY! I was away from home, and therefore my scale, for the weekend. It was standing strong at 151.4-151.8 all week long. So, I was pleasantly surprised to step on the scale this morning and see 148.4. WOOHOO!!! Nearly three pounds lost this week, out of the 150's, in the "healthy weight range", and 15 total pounds lost since Jan 3! Nothing was different about this week, same calorie range, same exercise, guess my body was finally ready to let it go after three weeks of barely there losses.
