I also have been stuck loosing and gaining the same 2 pounds for more weeks than I would like to admit. However, the problem has been that I have eaten too much food and too many carbs-even though I have totally avoided anything "white" in content and all sugars, many of the junk food items that I had eaten in the past. So progress-sure not perfection.
Plan for this week is to :
-Write down every single morsel I put in my mouth
-Stick more to the simpler foods-eggs, fish, low carb veggies-stay away from any low carb "treat" foods that i eat too much of.
Continue my exercise program-spinning 3 X a week, weight lifting and an extra day of working out.
