sure- your weight fluctuates throughout the day based on bathroom breaks, when you eat, exercise, etc. i weigh in at the same time and take that weight to track my progress. i weigh in once or twice a week in the morning.

There's an Iphone/iPad app called "True Weight" that will take your weights every day and average them and tell you what your actual weight is (It's more complex than averaging, but whatever). I use that and enter my weight each day. The "True Weight" still tends to be higher because I'm still losing, so I kind of use that as a parameter, like "I weigh between 145 (scale) and 148 (app)."
