So I was very scared to weight myself this morning but I did and I am very happy to report that I maintained at 147 through Christmas. I was really hoping to be 140 by Christmas but that just didn't happen but it is awesome that I didn't gain.
I am going to post my Valentine's Day Goal here that I will be 140 pounds.
This is to help me stay accountable.

One big change I know I am going to have to make is drop the daily wine glass or glasses. I know this is keeping my body from losing these next pesky 5-7 pounds.
I'm in. i've regained a bunch of weight these past couple months but am determined to get back into my shorts by summer.
As of this morning i was back up to 150 (a little higher than usual cuz of TOM).
My Valentines Day Goal is going to be 137.
expect to see me around 3FC more often again, cuz you ladies are my main encouragement.
i wanted to be 140 by Christmas too but alas..that did not happen..i'm kind of unsure of my current weight because i've been super sick with some kind of stomach thing so i know the low number i've been seeing is not accurate. this morning i was 143.6. i'm going to guess i'm really around 145 right now so my valentine's day goal is 135. 10lbs is kinda lofty for 6-7 weeks for me but i'm going to try and hopefully make it.
SweetyKins, I have the EXACT same goal. I was trying to be 140 by Christmas also, but instead here I am at 147-148. So 140 lbs became my V-day goal instead.
I know we can do this!
Same here, I wanted to be at my goal of 120 by Christmas! Valentine's Day is my absolute final goal deadline though. I'll be leaving for Australia the next day, which is one of the big things that sparked this weight loss journey.
Seeing the low numbers you guys are posting is still just a pipe dream, however I am in for the Valentines Day goal.
This morning I was at 169. I am going to aim for 157 by Valentines Day.
I really wanted to make 115 by V-day when I first started off in October but I doubt I'll be able to. I would love to be 118-120 though. Hopefully it'll be easier now that the holidays are almost done.
Valentines day is....about 7 weeks away. I want to aim for 15 lbs. I hope i can stay motivated and really push myself.
So ID LOVE TO BE 128 on Feb 14th.
BTW ladies, does jogging and walking at intervals take the weight off quicker than cardio (taebo)?
i forgot to add that realisticly on my plan, if i eat 1250 cals a day, it will take 8 weeks to lose 18 lbs. So maybe i can hit 15 lbs, if not i will keep pushing. But hoping to hit it!
I'd like to be at or under 125 by Valentine's Day. I think it's doable. When I'm being "good," I've been losing about a pound a week, so I should see some dramatic changes by V-Day.
Well...my original New Years goal was 135, and after losing about 9 lbs my first month of dieting I revised it to 125 around Halloween. I weighed at 139 this morning, so no chance of hitting those goals. After those first 9 lbs my weight loss slowed to about 3 or 4 lbs through out all of November/December.
Not sure what is realistic for me...I'd love to see 130 by Vday. It seems realistic, but I would hate to be disappointed like with my New Years Goals...although I must admit I sort of gave up in mid December and have been eating small amounts of whatever I want, so I am very happy I haven't gained. It's been nice to take a break too, but I'll be back at it Monday!
I'd like to be at 130 on Valentines Day. I tend to lose easily up until 132 - and know that once I am back to my normal eating habits tomorrow (Nov and Dec were a little rough) it should be a reasonable goal. Here is to the next few weeks!!
