Ooops I did it again. I went waaaay over my calories Sat and Sun. Back on track today. I'm mad at myself, but I can't remember being quite that hungry for a long time....
I've barely been on track. Why is it that the slightest victory immediately causes this self-sabotaging behavior??? I haven't seen 135.anything in so long and as soon as I saw 136.0, it was like part of me thought I had a "get out of jail free" card. Grrr! I'm so mad at myself and feeling a little depressed about it....

fliipy- you didnt go and up your exercise when you dropped your cals did you? Im wondering if the hunger/binging is your body reacting to your changes?
