I'm sure it won't be there for long, so I'll stick around here till it's for real. So good to see that scale inch lower for the new year though!!

Hi everyone!

I finally, finally, finally have entered the 140's! I thought 150 was never going to let me go! 149.1 today. Excited to be here and will be even more excited to leave.

So...the holidays were a little tough. I was 141.4 today. Time to get it together.

Looks like you guys are doing great! Thanks for motivating me.

145.0 this morning. I keep gaining and losing the same 2 lbs or so. Before Christmas I was at 141.2. I have been back to my normal eating habits since then (starting 12/26) so you would think I would ate least lose a lb or two of the holiday weight.

Keep on keeping on...that is all we can do.

I weighed in at 141 today which is up .5 but when i checked my body fat it went from 25.8% to 25% and considering that I continue to lift heavy I am happy with it Hopefully next week I post a loss. Still working on getting into the 130's!

I'm so glad to have found this thread!

I keep hovering at 149...I did do WW a few years back and got down to 143. Just started working out last week so it's a start.

Looking forward to getting to know all of you while I take this journey. My goal is to be in the 130s by Valentine's day!

hey Alki! Hopefully working out will be the nudge your body needs, it's definitely made a difference for me!

Good morning!

I am a repeater. I have lost the same pounds numerous times since 2004! Last summer I gave up and bought bigger shorts and things and then got complacent. I got a bit of a kick in the head in October and got out of the 150's but now I'm having trouble getting my head together in the game.
I'm good for a day or two and then bobble for a bit. Over the holidays I hovered back up to 149 and am now stuck and wobbling between 143 and 148.
I am an old, old member here and KNOW that daily support is imperative! So here I am back (again).

Hi Katy! Thanks for the vote of confidence!

I've been working out with the Wii EA Active program for a week. Last month, SO said "we need to get out and exercise more" so I started, he kept giving me excuses, and I got tired of it.

Now that I have been doing it for a week, and he sees that the furniture is always moved around he finally gave in and came home early and we went for a walk with the dogs for an hour yesterday. If only I could get him to eat better...

Today I walked to the post office and bank and then ... finally ... had a look at the DWTS dance DVDs I bought the other day. I can't keep up yet but I got a few of the steps and did move for a nice little while.

I had my usual shake this morning, should find something for lunch and I think I'll have a nap

I have been at 143.8 for days now. The exact same weight down to the 10th! I am hoping a see a change soon. I have been working out quite a bit and really trying to get my diet in check. I have remained "junk food/sweet" free for the entire week (my weakness).

Keeping my fingers crossed to see a change soon!

OK...hopefully this is my last post in this thread. I have been in the high 130's for a week now, so I'm going to say I'm there. I know there are a couple of folks just a pound or two away so I'll see you in the 130's thread!

Congrats to everyone who is almost out. Me? It's terrible. I'm 148.5 - exactly the same as last week. It gets very discouraging!
