i did see 130.3 on the scales yesterday morning, but think they were having a flattering joke with me.

Reckon that realistically i've still got another couple of weeks before i leave this thread!

Great work and well done to all the recent departees!

S/C/G: maintaining at 125-130

Default

I'll join in after a long haitus from 3fc. I went backpacking all summer and managed to gain 12lbs! Yikes. A few lbs is probably muscle, but most of it isn't... guess I went overboard with all that pasta and trail mix and bagels with peanutbutter. Once I get going with the processed carbs, I just can't stop

My biggest challenge is my problems with binging. I've been really out of control lately. I know dieting triggers my binging, so I need to focus on eating good, balanced meals rather than obsessing about calories... but it's hard when trying to lose weight!

It's been over a month back in the real world but I've only lost 2 lbs. I'm currently at 138, aiming to get back to my previous weight of 128, and maybe drop that last 3 to hit 125.

Hopefully writing this all out here will help get me on track! I had a decent day today, hoping to keep it going all week. Good to be back, although I had always hoped I'd stay in the 120s thread and out of this one!

nice you're here to join us parafilm - even if you don't want to be!!
where did you get to with your backpacking?

I saw a 129.7 on the scales yesterday, but they're still having little jokes with me, so not quite out of this thread yet, but working on it!!

after about 3 or 4 days of jumping around in the 138-139 club, i've decided that i've moved into trying to get out of the 130's.
this week has been frustrating because after a little relapse of cake and cookies i had jumped back up to 140 after a couple days in the 130's. It sucks to see that middle number jump back up!!!
but something i realized is that i remember posting in the Get me out of the 140's thread and being excited when i saw that 140, not horrified. I guess that means i truly am making progress in a downward direction

anyway, im trying to get down to about 130 by the time i see my husband (who is at army basic training) in 7 weeks. ill take a 132 or 133, but i definitly want to be below 135 (the "healthy" weight for my height) and i want to wear these new skinny jeans that i bought, that are too tight around the butt and thighs.
Lunges here i come!
i hope you ladies are doing good, im looking forward to hanging out in this thread

7 weeks is a decent amount of time to make some good progress if you're committed, so good luck with getting stuck back in to it, and well done on all your achievements so far!! Sounds like hubby will be doing it tough too, so that must be a bit of extra motivation!

Hi! Looking ot join. I've not been a "featherweight" since college, but now that I officially bought my first size 4 jeans today, I feel like I qualify again. LOL

My goal is to be somewhere in the 120s. My weight loss has SLOOOOOWED down a lot. It's really hard to lose those last 10 pounds!! I'm a calorie-counter and currently eat between 1400-1600 and workout intensely a few times a week. This has been my "plan" for September, but I lost most of my weight at 1200 cals. I just needed more of a maintenance month after going hard-core everyday for 3 months.

Anyhoo...looking forward to getting the heck out of the 130s!

you sound really disciplined Chickiechicks so no wonder you've had so much success. If you know what you're eating you really can't go wrong.

1200 consistently and lots of exercise would be tough to maintain for ever though i reckon.

I'd like it if someone would count my calories for me. I think it's totally the way to go, but i really can't be bothered to do it myself!!!

STILL at 134.2. This weight is not wanting to budge. I think I'm going to try to up my calories from 1200ish to 1400ish and see if it helps.
