Susan and Silverstar: oh my gosh! You guys have gotten so far so fast!
For my last-day-of-March roundup, I'll just rewrite the goals I posted at the beginning and see how I measure up:
-keep up the 3 mile walks/jogs at least 4 times a week
Success! Although on some days I just did 2 in the interest of time or my poor sore quads.
-stick to 1600-1700 calories every day except Sundays
Success again! And actually, though Sundays used to be my let-go days, they've recently been 1500 days because I sleep in and laze around not burning much energy
-hit that elusive 128
I overshot my expectations on this one to hit an even 127.0! Especially surprising since I celebrated a double birthday this month (both the boyfriend's and mine, so double the amount of chocolate cake). I should have written down what I weighed when I wrote that post, because it may mean that I can shoot for 125 next month instead of my planned 126. Either way, I'm going at a slow but steady pace. I don't want to be like those racers who get too excited and trip at the finish line!
