Good morning!
That is good Ashlan! You'll most certainly have a drop in a few days.
Nothing new here. Yesterday was just fine.

LOL - welcome to my life! Although I am down 3 since I last posted but since that was a few weeks ago I probably shouldn't get over excited. Actually having said that it is quite exciting cos it takes me into a new stone bracket. In the UK we usually weigh in stones and pounds. there's 14 pounds to a stone so 9 stone is 126; 10 st = 140 and 11st is 154. 153.6 means I've squeaked back into the 10s. Now for the 140s.....
All's well here, just getting really narked off with my ISP who seem incapable of fixing my internet problem. I mean, I do live in England's second largest city - it's not like I'm in some sleepy Devonshire hamlet - well, not till I win the lottery anyway.
Have a good weekend everyone.

Good morning!
I did a slow wander through a mall yesterday. Despite my good intentions, I had to buy a couple of sweaters. It's getting cooler here and well ... I guess if they get to be too big, I can wear a blouse under them. And they were on sale.
I'm hoping for a nice long autumn or else I'm going to have another bag of perfectly good and sharp-looking clothing that never comes out from under the bed. Seeing as how I blew the summer ...
However ... I am on my way now and that feels better.

Good morning.
Even though we spent most of yesterday wandering around building centres, I did get on the elliptical last evening. I'm pretty excited about accomplishing my exercise ticker for a change. Maybe I should extend it a bit for September???

oh!! You must be feeling so good!!
I have been walking/jogging actively, though I didn't have an exercise ticker, I feel I am doing pretty well. May be I should set up one for next month.

I had a wonderful weekend, drove 400km yesterday and then 400km home today. Did a wine tour in the Okanogan.
I ate way too many carbs though, walked a bit but will be back to my 11,000 steps tomorrow.
Have a good week
