Hi all,
In the past 6 months or so I've lost 20 pounds. But my face hasn't really changed. I'm only 147 (as of this morning) and yet I've never been able to get rid of my double chin. In profile it looks almost like I have no chin, because this "chub" just kinda hangs down. I hate pictures of my face because of it.
Any ideas? Am I stuck with this double chin forever?
I've always found my face (cheeks for me) is the first place I gain, and the last place I loose. Sorry, that's probably not what you wanted to hear...but everyone is different.
Try taking a look at old pictures of yourself at different weights and see if you can figure out at what weight your "double chin" disappears (unless you have always had it).
Not much help here either...I agree with the pp in the past where were you weight wise where you didn't see the double chin? Could be that is just going to be your stubborn spot! My belly is my stubborn spot...the fat just clings there and is so hard to get rid of! And when I do finally get almost rid of it the skin hangs weird...stretched out from having my baby. For me short of plastic surgery not much to do...
