Good Morning!

How did everyone do with Valentine's Day? Did you or the chocolate win? Have a great OP week all!

Wink The chocolate won . . .

. . . on VD but I'm still at maintenance weight over all.

My plan for the rest of winter - ending at the beginning of April I hope - is to stay under 133 lbs . Then, when we flip back over to the hour ahead at Daylight Savings, I make the final push and try to get down to my original goal of 125.

I'll see how hard that is to maintain once I get there.

I won't be posting here much in March as I'll be maintaining but I'll be lurking and sending these to you all.

I won, AND I had some chocolate! I had plateaued the week before V-day and so I was determined to see some movement on the scale. I had some dark chocolate, and I got down to 146.5 after fluctuating around 147.5 for quite some time.

How are the rest of the featherweights doing?

I got a small box of chocolates, the first one I picked out was the best in the whole box, which was lucky. I managed to eat a couple of pieces the past 2 days and stay within my calories, but I was really glad when my fiance finished off the box so I didn't have that looming over me anymore!

I didnt eat any chocolate on v day, but I did scarf down both wendys and TB with my bf after a loooooong day of moving alll our stuff in.

I finally went grocery shopping for my place and I am trying to combat the urge to eat all of my boyfriends oreos.

I didnt lose any weight this week but I didnt gain any either.

I had two small chocolates and three small slices of marble cake (over the entire weekend). I didn't gain or lose, but I feel really bloated today. I also have a killer headache and I can't go home because my assistant is off today.

Woo, it's been a while. School has been keeping me busy. I platued for a couple works, which was disapointing. I ate whatever I thought I wanted this weekend with the boyfriend (didn't go over 2000 cals) and this morning I FINALLY dropped another pound. 'bout time. It's even TOM, so I'm feeling pretty good about myself today.

Has any one else ever had it where they lost weight, but gained like half an inch? could that be water bloat?

chocolate wasn't the problem... but I did over-do it on the wine a little bit. =)
