Chili and buiscuts, yum...Susan, maybe it wasn't formal exercise, but it sure sounds like you got a work out.

I only did 20 minutes on the treadmill. Doesn't sound like much, but with a slight incline it gets me huffing and puffing. I'll aim for 30 minutes tomorrow.

Good morning! I slept in today. It was almost six

20 minutes on the treadmill is wonderful. If everyone did that, I'm sure North American obesity statistics wouldn't be so dire. And I'm serious about that. Think about how sedentary a lot of us are and remember that a little more is great!

What's happening today? Dagmar has a brunch right? I have to go to church early for a meeting. There might be food. And I have more dust to clean up.

Ilene ... I have a thing for toast. I got back out of bed last night for two slices with peanut butter and strawberry jam.

Susan PB&J is forbidden in my house. I lose all control where PB is concerned.

Yeah, me too. Just give me the PB jar and a tablespoon and I'm set.

Brunch was an adventure. Relocated 3 times as we couldn't find a place that could seat us all. We ended up at a pub and the food was overpriced and not too good. I had a vegetarian omelette and toast (passed on the tater tots masquerading as home fries) as I watched all the women around me drinking alcohol at 11:30 in the a.m. No interest in that for me any more.

And then I took the younger dog I was sitting on an adventure along the beach for about 2 hours. Found a place where I can let the dogs run. And she did. She adored me before and now I am a goddess in her eyes.
That and liver treats put her over the moon.

Still OP tonite. No weigh ins this weekend at the sit so I'm curious to see what the scale says tomorrow morning.

have a good night all!

Dagmar

I lost my willpower this weekend. I didn't do well at all with my eating! BUT my hubby finally put my new elliptical together and I plan starting that this week, tomorrow to be exact! I hope this next week goes better... I do so well through the week and then the weekend comes and I gain back whatever progress i made! I got down to 153 on Friday morning... now... this morning I was back up to 155! Right were I always go back to! I hate the weekend... I really think we all need that weekend support thread! I know I will be there!!
