I'm up by 2, because I went running (kinda) for an hour, so since I'm going to do this a lot more, it'll be a week before I lose any weight again, I figure. I'd been doing an hour on the stationary bike, but haven't seen this kind of gain so far. I'm eating like a champ, though! --- GROWR!

I don't understand why you would put on weight from running.
In any case, good work with your diet.
The scale showed 138.5 this morning. I am not optimistic about winning the 2-pound challenge, though. The scale first showed 139.5 a week or 10 days ago, so it's not too surprising that I lost again, since I have been exercising regularly and not eating too badly. So it should take another 10 days or so until it moves down again (and it will in all probably move up again before it moves down past 138.5).
I have a question! I think it's an awesome idea, afterall small goals are attainable...but do we have a time limit or at least a weekly/monthly 2lb challenge? Just simply because it seems we might have a never ending thread otherwise

I don't think it's never ending. Some are half way there! My guess it would take a week or two for the challenge.
As I understand it, whoever can post a 2-lb weight loss first gets to start Featherweight Challenge #2. Our current weight at that point becomes our new starting weight for the next round.

This is what I meant. Because although some people will lose their 2lb I'm sure overall they want to lose more than 2lbs, so there could be the NEXT edition to their 2lb weight loss. Like measuring their whole journey in twos!
