February was not the greatest for me too. I just started in February and have lost 2 lbs. Not good enough but at least it is a loss. I'm really looking forward to see what the loss is in March. Gonna try really hard.

50 minutes yoga, I got this really nice Power Yoga tape by Rodney Yee... I love it...Nice slow fluid moves, it's really nice...and man I work up a sweat too!
OK. Today is gonna be my first official day. Its about 715 am here and I'm about to leave to take Bryce to school. I hate getting up early. I want to work out as soon as I get back but I might lay down for a while. I'm going to do Learn N Burn (Turbo Jam) so wish me luck. Its 30 or 40 minutes so hopefully I can make it all the way through. My goals for March are: workout 120 minutes a week and drink 3 liters of water. Ok, I'll check back later. Bye y'all! -JILLLLLLLLL
Yeah, I let February slide. I'll have to go back and check my weights....but I am exercising--I only let a couple of exercise days slide. But I haven't been doing my 4-nights per week mile power walk. I've got to get back to that. I'll post my weights like Ilene later.

I know that at one point in February I was 145 (my current red line) and my hopes were to be at goal on 3/17 (bday). Now my hopes are to be at 143 by my bday.
Went downhill skiing yesterday for 5 hours. Had a blast. My body is aching today though. I have a cold too so I have put exercise on the back burner until my cold is better and body is not aching so much.
I finally finished moving last night. Ugghhh.....I woke up and did the Turbo Jam ab workout and lemme tell you! I thought I was gonna cry/scream/die! Anyway, I'm going with the girls to see Spiderwick Chronicles around noon so I'm excited. I'm ambivalent about the movie but pumped about having girl time. Anyway, gotta go get ready. P.S. NOOOOO bad food at the movie! (hopefully I'll be strong.) Ttyl, JILLLLLL
