Its the Richard Simmons food mover. I know it sounds corny but its so freaking easy. I've used it since Thursday and have already lost a bit. I haven't even exercised much (besides some crunches and stretching) due to a knee injury. Its so easy. Just match what your eating to either carb, protein, veggie, etc and close as many boxes as you have for actual portions. When the boxes are all closed ,you are done for the day. Also it tracks your water consumption. I can't believe it!!! I didn't have the patience for calorie counting. Even comes with a guide for fast food and major restaraunt chains. I'm so freaking happy!!!
