Default Tuesday food thread

A little past midnight here, so I'll start--

My day, food-wise, will be a bit of a wildcard since I get to do everyone's favorite civic activity --- Jury Duty and have to report at 7:30a at the court, yeesh! (I hope they don't expect me to make RATIONAL legal decisions then)

B (if I wake up early enough): EggBeater scramble with pancetta, mushrooms, peppers, mushrooms & some pico de gallo, coffee (~300 calories)
B (if I don't): Penny's Low-Fat Muffin + oz. of mixed nuts (after I'm on the road -- refer to Nuts thread ) (300 calories)
L: A CLIF Bar (personally don't trust having to store my food with the rest of the potential jurors in the communal fridge) - 260 calories
D: Leftover Jambalaya ~ 600-700 calories
S: Square of deep milk chocolate - 60 calories

So yea, expect around 1,500-1,600 calories for the day. At least I can catch up reading the Sunday paper & magazines (and miss out on a work-related meeting).

Sounds like everybody is doing great so far today!! I think today has been quite good for me, although we're planning on going out for dinner (its too stinking hot to cook here), so that may change.

Breakfast: Cranberry/Orange Soy Muffin (180 Cal), 1 cup Strawberries

Lunch: 2 light crisp breads (80 cal), LF chedder cheese (180 Cal), 1 Apple, 3 pieces of dried mango.

Dinner: Hopefully something healthy!

After dinner snack:....depends on how dinner goes. If I ate a lot for dinner, I won't have a snack later.

Exercise...walked 40 minutes (to and from work)

I'm actually really pumped today, because I feel I'm doing sooooo well so far. In the past, I'd get to this point and quit because of lack of motivation. But all of the support here is making it relatively easy to stay on track. Thanks guys!

hooo dear, I did not do good at dinner! I had half a stromboli, which wouldn't have been that bad, except for the bruscetta we had as an appetizer ay...I will have to make up for this the rest of the week!
